How a Fave Feature Works
Every Facilities Fave follows the same shape, so the recognition stays real:
The opening moment
It starts with something the person actually did — two or three short sentences. The action comes before any description of their character.
Why they’re a Fave
Why that action mattered. Who it helped. What the person took responsibility for. What Paul appreciates about how they work.

His personal observation — only experiences and observations he can stand behind.

A quote from the featured person, when one is available and approved.
Every feature uses the person’s actual photo, large and prominent. Names, roles, and organizations are verified before anything publishes. Recognition needs a concrete reason — never generic praise.
